Most of our vehicles are sold with a 3-month mechanical parts and labour warranty ONLY, please see the Warrantywise booklet for information. Our sales team will cover these options at point of sale and it’s your choice for the level of cover you have on your car. There is the option to extend your warranty cover for up to 3 years unlimited mileage, mechanical and electrical breakdown cover.

A used car warranty is your safety net should something go wrong with your vehicle. It provides a form of additional insurance cover against certain faults, giving you peace of mind that you’re protected when things don’t go to plan.

We work along side Warrantywise who are the UK's Number 1 Car Warranty plan and was designed by trusted Motoring expert Quentin Wlison.

How will I get a road tax refund from the DVLA? If you return your car and need to get your road tax refunded, once the car is registered back into the trade it will update with the DVLA and they will process your refund. If I have issues with the car, following warrantywise proceeding with repairs where required, but the car is still not up to standard therefore after, will a return be accepted? This depends on the following points: If the car has been in an accident or is damaged, we may not be able to accept the car as a return and there may be charges for damage. We can’t accept a return if the car has been modified or altered from the condition it was originally sold in. Addition mileage charge is calculated at £2.40 per mile, this is calculated from collection or delivery mileage as stated on the sales invoice. We may not be able to accept the car as a return due to extended wear and tear. A £100 administration fee will apply if a car is returned. Your refund will only be processed once we have your signed V5 and all original documents. If a refund is confirmed, your money will be back in your account within 5 working days.
